Hier ein kleiner Snippsel um die Qualität der Bilder in TYPO3 zu ändern. Hierzu gibt es 2 Möglichkeiten:
Entweder öffnet ihr eure localconf.php im Ordner typo3conf/ und trägt
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['jpg_quality'] = '90'; // Image Quality
ein oder ihr ändert es über das “Install Tool” unter “All Configuration” im Backend. Hier müsst ihr nach [jpg_quality] suchen.

TYPO3 has a very amazing process to re-size images immediately.This can easily be customized by loggin into the set up system and changing the following configurations from the “All Configuration” menu.
